References
Use APA 7th edition style for all in-text citations and reference lists. Authors are responsible for the accuracy and completeness of all references.
Submission Process
All manuscripts must be submitted through the journal’s Online Submission System at https://jocsai.com/index.php/jcsai/login. First-time authors must register for an account. The corresponding author will receive all editorial correspondence and decisions.
Data Availability
Authors are encouraged to share research data in public repositories and include a data availability statement. If data cannot be shared, authors should explain why.
Funding
All funding sources must be declared in the format: “This work was supported by [Funding Agency] under Grant [number xxxx].”
Conflict of Interest
Corresponding authors must disclose any financial or personal relationships that could inappropriately influence their work. If there is no conflict, state: “The authors declare no conflict of interest.”
Peer Review Policy
JCSAI operates a double-blind peer review process. Authors must remove all identifying information (names, affiliations, acknowledgments, and funding details) from the main manuscript file. A separate title page containing full author details should be uploaded as a supplementary file.
Ethical Considerations
- Plagiarism: All submissions are screened using plagiarism detection software. Manuscripts with a high similarity index will be desk-rejected.
- Data Fabrication/Falsification: Research must be conducted ethically and reported accurately.
- AI Usage Disclosure: If generative AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT) were used in the writing or data analysis process, this must be explicitly disclosed in the Methods or Acknowledgments section.
Open Access and Article Processing Charge (APC)
JCSAI is an open-access journal. All published articles are immediately and permanently free to read, download, and share under the Creative Commons Attribution-NonCommercial (CC BY-NC 4.0) license. Authors are required to pay an Article Processing Charge (APC) upon acceptance of their manuscript to cover editorial and publication costs.
